Refund Policy

At Simple Peptide Wholesale, we’re committed to delivering top-quality research peptides. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund guarantee.  Please see below for more details.

Refund Policy

  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
  • Opened products are not eligible for refund.
  • White Label products are not eligible for refund unless the product itself is defective.

Refund Requests

  • Must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Requests beyond 30 days are not eligible.

Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method. If a non-trackable method is used, we have no way to verify that the product was returned, and a refund will not be possible.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after the returned product has been received at our warehouse and inspected.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method; depending on your bank, it may take a few additional business days to appear in your account.

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@simplepeptidewholesale.com. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled while in the “Processing” phase, prior to labeling. Once labeled, or shipped, the order can no longer be modified or cancelled. 

Shipping Policy

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. International shipping is not available.

Carrier Delays

Simple Peptide Wholesale is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Carrier issues
  • Other factors beyond our control

Address Accuracy

  • Double-check your shipping address during checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Delivery Confirmation

  • If tracking shows your package as delivered but not received, contact the carrier (FedEx or USPS).
  • We are happy to assist with filing a claim but are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.
